The build is a one-time purchase. Choose our monthly management plan, or use your own hosting from the start. Hosting is not included in the build price.

What does ₪99/month cover?

Hosting, SSL, domain connection and DNS management, technical fixes to the website we maintain, and one small content update each month. New domain setup is included with Care; you pay registration and renewal directly to the domain provider. Support is handled in writing during business days, not as a 24/7 emergency service.

What counts as a small update?

One task taking up to 15 minutes on the existing site: change opening hours, update a price, replace a supplied image or edit a short paragraph. We complete it within three business days after receiving the materials. Unused updates do not roll over. New pages, sections, features, redesigns and content production are quoted separately. Fixing our own mistakes does not use your update.

When do payments start, and can I cancel?

Monthly payments start when your website launches. There is no minimum term. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; hosting continues until the end of the paid period. Your included build revisions and 7, 14 or 30 days of launch bug support are separate from Care.

Who owns the website and domain?

Once the build is paid for, the website is yours, whether or not you subscribe to Care. The domain is registered in your name, in an account you control; you give us access to manage it. Request an up-to-date export at any time and we will provide it within five business days, with no exit fee. It includes the website source, content, transferable media, deployment instructions and relevant account access.

What happens if I move elsewhere?

You keep your domain account and can remove our management access. We supply your website files and explain external dependencies. Third-party tools, stock assets and shared infrastructure remain subject to their own licenses; they are not transferred as your property. Setting the site up with another provider is separate migration work, quoted only if you want our help.

What is paid separately?

Domain purchase and renewal, business email, paid tools and provider subscriptions, larger changes, video production and custom software. Any ongoing costs for custom software are agreed separately. No extra charge is made without your approval. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
