Show us the process or business question, who is involved and which tools you use. An example without confidential or personal information helps us identify a focused starting point.
Agree on a useful first version
We check the data, access and available connections. Then we agree what success looks like, what we’ll build, the price, delivery, support and expected running costs.
Build, test and hand over
We test the solution against agreed examples and your real workflow, explain how to use it and make the included adjustments. The handover covers how it works, its limits and the agreed support arrangements.

Do we need to know what to build?
No. Start with a task that takes too much time, knowledge that is hard to find or a question your data should answer. We’ll help work out whether a custom tool, a connection between systems or an existing product is the right fit.
Does everything need AI?
No. Some jobs are better handled with straightforward automation. Where AI is useful, we agree what it can do and where someone should review its output before action is taken.
Can you connect to our existing systems?
We check the available interfaces, permissions, data formats and any provider restrictions before promising a connection. You do not need to replace your existing tools unless we identify and agree a reason to do so.
What happens to our business data?
Before using business data, we agree what is needed, who can access it, where it is processed and how long it is kept. We check any organizational requirements before choosing providers. Please do not send confidential documents or customer data with your first enquiry.
What about price, support and ongoing costs?
Each AI or software project is quoted individually. The proposal sets out delivery, revisions, support and expected hosting, AI or external-service costs. Website package prices and delivery times do not apply. We don’t start additional paid work without your approval.
Where could your business work better?
